Introducing Move Orders—a feature in Fresh KDS that empowers your kitchen staff to efficiently rearrange tickets within the queue, ensuring optimal workflow and timely order preparation.

With the Move Orders feature, staff can tap and hold a ticket on the Kitchen Display System (KDS) screen, then drag it to the desired position within the queue. Alternatively, by selecting the actions button on any ticket, options are available to move it to the front, to the back, backward, or forward within the queue. This intuitive functionality allows for seamless reordering of tickets, enabling the kitchen team to manage tasks more effectively.
