Introducing In-App Metrics—a powerful feature designed to provide your kitchen with real-time performance insights directly on your KDS screen. This tool empowers your team to monitor efficiency, identify potential delays, and make informed decisions on the fly.

Key Benefits:

  • Immediate Performance Feedback: View average ticket times to assess how quickly orders are being processed.
  • Status Breakdown: A color-coded bar shows how many recently bumped orders were completed while green, yellow, or red to quickly identify any performance challenges.
  • Order Count: Keep track of the total number of orders cleared within the last 15 and 30 minutes, providing a snapshot of your kitchen's throughput.
Last 15 and 30 minutes metrics

How It Works:

In-App Metrics presents two time frames—last 15 minutes and last 30 minutes—side by side at the bottom of your KDS screen. Each section offers:

  • Average Time to Clear Orders: Understand how long it takes, on average, to complete orders.
  • On-Time, Caution, and Late Breakdown: A visual bar indicating the ratio of orders in each status category.
  • Number of Orders Cleared: Total count of orders processed in the respective time frame.

This setup allows your team to monitor recent performance trends and make swift adjustments to maintain optimal service levels.

Customizing Metrics Display:

We understand that kitchen environments can be dynamic. If your screen becomes crowded during peak times, you can easily hide the metrics display by tapping the "Hide Metrics" button on the toolbar. Bring it back whenever you're ready to review performance data.
